Samantha Eisen is an associate at Epstein Cole LLP. Samantha obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from Dalhousie University. Samantha was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2018.
As an associate at Epstein Cole, Samantha maintains a diverse family law practice. She regularly handles cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, separation agreements, child custody and access issues, property division and spousal and child support. Samantha is well-versed in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Samantha is committed to the collaborative process. She aims to negotiate collaborative resolutions for all clients to help families move forward with their lives in healthy and positive ways.
Clients appreciate Samantha’s ability to set realistic expectations as well as her responsiveness and commitment to their cases. Using her background in psychology and child development, Samantha is able to identify when you or your loved ones may need additional support to address the mental and emotional impacts of family breakdowns.
Samantha is an Adjunct Mooting Advisor at the University of Toronto for the Walsh Family Law Negotiation Competition. She has held this position since 2018. She is also a volunteer lawyer with the Pro Bono Students' Canada Family Justice Centre and Luke's Place Virtual Legal Clinic. Samantha holds a position on the Committee for She Matters, put on put on by the Barbra Schlifer Clinic.
Samantha received her certificate in Introductory Interdisciplinary Collaborative Training in February 2021.
