Peter obtained his law degree from Dalhousie University in 1998 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000. Peter has practiced primarily in the area of family law since becoming a lawyer. He believes that collaborative practice is a healthier, more respectful process, that maximizes the interests of the parties, while minimizing conflict and the emotional and financial cost of separation and divorce. Peter is an experienced advocate and collaborative lawyer, assisting his clients to collaborate, mediate and when necessary, to litigate their family law disputes. Peter also assists his clients in the negotiation and preparation of marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.
