Vivian is a founding partner of ap Valuations Limited, a boutique valuation firm specializing in matrimonial and other financial matters.

Vivian is a Chartered Business Valuator (achieved highest mark in Canada), and a Chartered Accountant who has completed the CICA in-depth tax course. Vivian is an expert in business valuations, stock option valuations and income determinations.

Vivian is co-author of Financial Principles of Family Law, Carswell Legal Publications 2001, and author of various articles and seminars for the legal and valuation communities.
