I have been practicing family law for over 22 years. After witnessing the emotional and financial toll that the court system was having on my clients, I knew that there were better options to help my clients meet their needs and achieve their goals. As a result, I restrict my practice to finding resolutions for my clients and their families using the ABCs (Anything But Court). I am a trained collaborative lawyer, certified family mediator and skilled negotiator. In addition to using the collaborative process for clients who are separating, I have also found it to be an excellent process for clients negotiating marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements as well.
