No Cost Collaborative Services Available to Qualifying Families

Collaborative Practice Toronto (CPT) and the Osgoode Mediation Clinic have partnered for an exciting new program: The Collaborative Practice Pro Bono Family Law Project.

This program provides free Collaborative services to families of modest means going through a separation. The Project accepts families with a gross household income of up to $60K, making it available to families who do not qualify for Legal Aid. Each family will receive a total of 7 hours of Collaborative services from lawyers, financial professionals and social workers. Information about the Collaborative Practice Pro Bono Family Law Project and eligibility can be found on the Project website.

Many of our Collaborative professionals volunteer for the Collaborative Practice Pro Bono Family Law Project. We believe that Collaborative Practice can provide separating families with real and lasting results post-separation. This Project is an important step in making Collaborative services more accessible to Toronto families.
