Todd believes in positive resolution of family law disputes to reduce conflict and rehabilitating families experiencing separation and divorce. Todd strongly supports collaborative practice as a process that advances a family-first approach to resolution of family law matters.  Collaborative practice allows the parties to actively participate in a process designed to settle their issues in a creative and meaningful way.

Todd is a lawyer and accredited family law mediator with Devry Smith Frank LLP.  He has practiced exclusively in family law since his call to the bar in 2005.  Todd is a proponent of resolving matters through Alternative Dispute Resolution.
