We are talking about the CP Protocols! It’s been awhile since the protocols were created. The Protocols Team has been tasked with revamping to make them more user friendly and address some ongoing trouble areas in our process. We are also looking for ideas from our valued members to start problem solving ways the protocols can better serve our community. We’re picking your brain about how technology can be integrated, how the protocols themselves can be more user friendly, how to better debrief as a team, streamlining communication rules and creating better protocols for team files. We look forward to hearing your ideas!
